Manage a team of sales account managers for an area/segment of the Inside Sales team.

Responsibility will include an annual goal, ability to build strong internal and customer focused relationships, and work seamlessly within a matrix managed environment.

Additionally, this position will need to drive business planning, forecasting accuracy, goal attainment and work effectively with cross-functional teams. This senior sales manager will report to the Asia and India Inside Sales Senior Manager and will be preferably based out of Bangalore, India. The scope of responsibility will be to manage a ~USD40-60M business in India serving primarily the Mid-Market Commercial segment. The position requires expertise in Inside Sales business model, prior rich experience in the Inside sales environment and strong sales background for at least 12-15 years.

The position will require regular domestic travel within India, intermittent regional travel other part of APAC.
