Job Description:
Detailed Expectations: Broad background & skills in Cisco Unified Communications solutions for IP Telephony / IP Communications. Successful candidate will have strong technical skills & above average abilities in planning, solution structure, assessment, analysis, design, architecture, client relationship management & technical writing. Must have direct hands-on experience with utilizing established methodology for gathering requirements, developing detailed designs and leading technology implementation preferred as well as experience in proposal development and sales support. Must have extensive experience w/Cisco IP Telephony /IP-based messaging design & implementation projects, interviewing/analytical/ report writing skills & issues based on consulting

- 3-5 years is a Cisco IP Telephony design and/or architectural role making technical decisions related to the solution.

- Practical Cisco IPT experience as lead architect in Enterprise level projects (e.g., 1000+ phones, multi-site, multi-country).

- Experience using a methods-based approach for strategy, assessment and design.

- Cisco certifications add value but are not as important as above (we already see too many \"paper warriors\" with no experience over here).

- In addition, we will also be looking for candidates that could augment our growing IP Contact Center practice. Initially, the focus will be Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise, later no moving into Nortel Symposium.

- 3-5 years experience in architect or design capacity with Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise ONLY

- Practical experience designing 200+ agent Cisco UCCE solutions

- Experience developing and understanding Contact Center Use Cases (Quite possibly if this works, may train them on Rational Tool to better interface with US team)

- Experiencing developing and understanding call flow design

- Must have current version experience - UCCE 7.X

- Customer Voice Portal (CVP) 7.X design experience
