Manager - Compensation & Benefits Job Openings at Infosys Technologies Ltd

Job Description:

* Lead a Team of Comp & Ben professionals who are part of the Comp & Ben team at the Corporate Level
* Mainly responsible for driving the compensation strategy within the organization
* Provides the interface with the Senior HR Management team (including the Board members) both in understanding the Corporate Philosophy as well as in providing data and analysis to the top management periodically
* Manage Global Comp & Ben policies, Programs and Practices including new country penetration
* Observe and analyze the current compensation trends and benchmarks with other Industries/Organizations - Roll out the Annual Compensation Survey
* Represent the organization in all compensation benchmarking forums
* Liaise with external consultants and professionals to establish new and competitive benchmarks for the organization
* Provide strategic direction for role wise competitive salary positioning
* Work on various Compensations Structures and Design Comp & Ben structures based on the Market conditions & Organization needs
* Initiate new ideas and solutions for optimizing investments in Salaries and Rewards based on Performance
* Lead the HR Policy revision and ensure policy deployment with regard to Compensation and Benefit initiatives
* Co-ordinates with the Corporate Legal Team to comply with the legal/statutory requirements and to effect the compensation and benefit policies for the organization across the globe
* Give inputs to the HR ERP systems team for all HR related data
* Work closely with the HR Operations team to streamline HR processes
* Regularly participate in HR audits within the C & B Function
* Administer, direct, and review employee benefit programs, including the integration of benefit programs following mergers and acquisitions

Job Skill:

* 15 * 18 years of experience in HR with at least 5-7+ years in Comp & Ben
* Masters degree, ideally with professional or post-graduate qualifications in human resources
* Strong technically in all areas of C & B, especially in executive compensation
* Solution focused and strong analytically, with an ability to see things from a macro perspective
* Ability to appreciate business needs & various possibly conflicting considerations, identify implications / consequences of various options/courses of action. Ability to develop solutions based on this
* Impeccable integrity
* Experience in working on any ERP * HCM module would be an advantage
* Experience of working with global teams would be an added advantage
* Should be a Team player and be able to lead a team of professionals
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a clear communicator
* A self-starter who is passionate, energetic, adaptable and able to deal with ambiguity with patience and persistence
* Intellectually curious, shows plenty of initiative and resourcefulness, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
