Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain robust working relationships with client management
• Build and manage a team of internal audit professionals
• Plan, execute and supervise internal audit engagements
• Work closely to build client relationships and expanding the client pool through market penetration exercises
• Actively sell Carbon Credit services in markets assigned
• Provide technical inputs, analysis, conceptualize solutions, final reports and presentations to clients
• Communicate with clients, raise new issues with clients and steer client meetings
• Negotiate on behalf of clients where necessary

Qualifications
• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting (or equivalent) from an accredited college/university
• Post Graduate degree in Management or Qualified Chartered Accountant from an accredited college/university
• Seven years of experience with strong knowledge in Carbon Credit Services
• Demonstrated supervisory experience and performance management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and research skills
• Able to handle independent assignments
• Able to meet challenging client requirements and provide exceptional service
• Willing and able to travel
