The Sr. web designer will independently manage:
- Company website,
- Set up blog sites for company and client, and work with templates, personalization of look-and-feel etc. on those,
- Will create designs for T-shirts and other products, affiliate programs etc.

- Set up blog sites for company and client, and work with templates, personalization of look-and-feel etc. on those,
- Will create designs for T-shirts and other products, for affiliate programs that company is going to tie up with,
- Will be proficient in Graphic Design (all regular software tools), HTML, Javascript and must be a good communicator. Skills in Flash and PHP are useful, though not necessary.
- Absolutely critical that the web designer be a self-starter, be prepared to manage the show personally and independently with minimum guidance, and ensure a flawless job,
- Should have a discerning eye and must appreciate the importance of good design, and be able to create the same,
- Must understand the American style of web design – in terms of number and choice of colors being used, design elements, fonts selections, sharp lines vs curves, etc.
- Will be making T-shirt designs, including graphics and text; must be a smart communicator too. Experience in advt copy writing will be useful.
