Experience: 8- 10 years

Location: Pune

Requirements
- Candidate should have experience in a specialist Comp and Ben Role in an IT company.
- Ability to analyse and recommend salary, bonus, long-term incentive approaches by studying practices used by peer group of companies
- Sound knowledge of cost of livings of various countries and thus ability to recommend salaries for various countries/ per diem structure/ health insurance etc
- Ability to understand and (to some extend design) and administer employee benefits programs such as mediclaim, term life insurance plans, accidental death policies and other voluntary benefit plans

Education: MBA in HR
